Shineyweb is run by a freelance web designer working from a small office in Kent. Whilst being able to provide quality designs for the small to medium business or home solution, we offer a very personal service to all clients from your initial contact to completion. All overheads are kept low, hence our very competitive pricing structure.

How long does it take

This depends upon what your specific requirements are. This includes how many pages you require, if the graphics are to be supplied by yourself or custom designed, the workload we have at the time and any other varying factors. Timescale's can be agreed once this detail has been discussed and agreed by both parties.

What happens if I don't like the result

Because you will be consulted with every step through the design and build process this is unlikely to happen. Work will only be undertaken with a clear goal agreed by both parties. If a satisfactory design cannot be agreed, the client will not be liable for the balance of payments. All work, with the exception of any logos, photographs supplied by the client, will remain the property of Shineyweb.

How do I get the site on the web

The web site will need to be hosted on a web server, which can be your own web space provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This has a number of disadvantages, so the preferred option is to use a dedicated hosting company. Shineyweb can discuss your options for either of these processes.

For your convenience, Shineyweb also offer a web hosting service that will host your site for you. Regrettably, because Web hosting space is chargeable to Shineyweb, there is an additional charge for this service.

Will my site show up on the search engines

Many search engines now require a fee to ensure a listing against a specific search, however Shineyweb can design your site to optimise your chances of getting listed.
